Unparalleled Mission and Goals
Program Mission
The mission of the uNParalleled Fellowship Training Program is to prepare and cultivate newly graduated primary care nurse practitioners to successfully transition to practices in settings serving diverse, medically, and socially complex populations of patients with particular attention to rural, urban, and tribal underserved populations across the state of Nebraska.
Grounded in the principles of health equity, our program is dedicated to addressing healthcare disparities by fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. We strive to empower nurse practitioners with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver person-centered care that is sensitive to cultural nuances and individual needs. Our commitment extends beyond clinical proficiency to encompass the holistic well-being of our workforce. We prioritize the mental and emotional resilience of our practitioners, recognizing that a healthy workforce is essential for delivering high-quality healthcare. Central to our mission is the integration of behavioral health training, ensuring that our graduates possess the expertise to address the interconnected nature of physical and mental health.
